Meanwhile the Sky Pirates are listening in to the stolen
information Captain Hook managed to steal from Elite
headquarters...

RECORDING
Rat-Dam is the largest in the western hemisphere. The
hydro-electric powerplant has a capacity of 1-million killowats.

DON KARNAGE

Good work Hook yes-no?

CAPTAIN HOOK
Always to please my brother. <He salutes him>

NINJARA
But that's not enough electrical power to make the energon
cubes.

DON KARNAGE
Your knowledge is only overshadowed by your stupidity Ninjara.
We are going to create a tidalwave, one that will send enough
power surging through that dam to make all the energon cubes we
need. We attack the dam at sunrise!

The following morning, the family flies across the valley
heading towards the towering walls of the dam overlooking Thorn
Valley below. Touching down by the riverbed, Karnage issues
instructions to his crew-mates

DON KARNAGE
Hook, dispatch Smee.

Hook pops an compact disc which changes into his 1st Mate Mr.
Smee.

CAPTAIN HOOK
Smee, activate piledrivers. Operation tidalwave.

MR. SMEE
Aye-aye captain. <Salutes his boss>

Then he dives below the water, swims to the bottom and starts
pounding the floorbed creating a series of tsunamis roaring
towards the dam. Don looks on, smiling evilly.

DON KARNAGE
It's working no? Excellent! Pirates, to the powerplant! <He
leads his family into the attack>

Back at Thorn Valley, inside Elite HQ, something is happening as
MCP relays a distress message on the big screen.

MR. AGES
There's some sort of trouble at Rat-Dam. <Does double
take> Yeow! A tidalwave, oh no!

JUSTIN
Yegads! That will start a flashflood which will destroy the
entire colony.

BUTCH MEATHOOK
Could be the pirates all right, I'll tell the commander.

Back at the powerplant, workers cower in fear as Karnage pounds
his way through the wall into the facility. He makes his
announcement.

DON KARNAGE
I am Don Karnage! The one and only pirate captain who ever
sailed the un-friendly skies yes-no? You will do exactly as I say
if you value your lives, hehehehehehehe. <Smiles wickidly>
Ninjara, prepare the null-ray.

NINJARA
As you order sir.

PLANT BOSS
We got to get out of here, she's going to blow!

Water is starting to cascade over the top of the dam, causing
cracks to appear on its surface. However Don is not concerned
about the loss of innocent life-forms, he's only interested in
stealing the treasure.

DON KARNAGE
Perfect. The electrical output is at its peak, <Indicates
gauges> precisely where I want it. Ninjara! Activate the
null-ray.

The vixen samauri 1st mate shoots at the generators taking them
all off-line.

DON KARNAGE
Hook? Prepare the energon cubes.

Hook begins creating the 3D cubes for filling. Scarlet, Kendo,
Foxy, Ninjara, Copy Cats and so forth begin draining the energy
into the cubes as Karnage looks on, anxious to escape before the
Commandos arrive which is exactly what happens as the convoy
arrives on station.

CHIP HAZARD
We got to work fast.

NICK NITRO
You ah think the pirates didn't?...<Interrupted by loud
explosion>

They all look up to see Don mocking them from atop the roof of
the powerplant station.

DON KARNAGE
You're too late Major!

CHIP HAZARD
There's your answer Nitro. Commandos to the air!

One by one the soldiers takeoff, leaving Jenny, Martin and
Timmothy behind with Brick Bazooka.

MARTIN BRISBY
Looks like the heart of the tidalwave is right here. <Stares
down at swirling waves>

BRICK BAZOOKA
Only one way to find out. <He dives into the river>

JENNY BRISBY
Be careful Bazooka!

Brick swims down, spots Smee still banging the floor and tackles
him from behind. At the same time the Elite prepare to make their
assault on the station.

CHIP HAZARD
Commandos, to the powerplant.

His men follow him inside, firing their pulse laser guns.
Unaware of their presence, Don is about to make his exit stage
left.

DON KARNAGE
Gather the energon cubes. Return to base no?

CHIP HAZARD <Aims pulse laser pistol>
Stick it in neutral Captain! You're not going anywhere.

DON KARNAGE
Try and stop me Chip! <Fires his laser sword at him>

Then the wargames commence with mutants and humans clashing as
always. Brutus & Justin rush inside to lead the frightened
hostages out to safety...As Karnage attempts to leave through a
doorway out onto the top of the dam, the Major confronts him. Don
kicks out, knocking Hazard off the walkway over the edge, only to
have Chip grab onto the ledge and hang on, looking up at the
leering face of the mutant.

DON KARNAGE
Any last words?!

CHIP HAZARD
None you'd want to hear Captain.

DON KARNAGE
Nothing can stop me now. Not even you! <Steps down hard on
fingers>

NINJARA
So long marines. Here's one spitball special for you.

She launches a glowing fireball from a slingshot directly at the
Commandos who dive for cover. It explodes against nearby computer
terminals, setting off a powerful blast. Don staggers from
shockwave then recovers to shout down in anger.

DON KARNAGE
You fool Ninjara! Help save the energon cubes, get them out of
here! <Unfortunately he is shoulder-tackled by Chip out the
door and onto the dam outside where the two gladiators begin
brawling>

CHIP HAZARD
You destroy everything you touch Karnage!

DON KARNAGE
Because everything I touch is food for my hunger no? My hunger
for power!

CHIP HAZARD
No! I'm going to end your hunger once and for all. <Bodyslams
him>

DON KARNAGE <Climbs back up>
Almost Major, but almost dosen't get the job done. You can't
stop me.

CHIP HAZARD
You're old Captain, yesterday's model, ready for the
scrapheap.

DON KARNAGE
We'll see who's ready for the scrapheap.

CHIP HAZARD
Junk, that's what you are, junk. <Teases him>

DON KARNAGE <Gets mad>
Silence! <Dropkicks him> Hahahahaha, when I get through
with you Chip, there won't be anything left that will serve me
yes-no?

The two continue their struggle. Meanwhile down below the mouse
children are getting worried about their friend.

TIMMOTHY BRISBY
Brick, Brick! You all right down there?

Bazooka has thrown Smee into the far bank, only to be kicked
away by the pirate human. Smee next swims towards the surface
only to be confronted by Jenny, Martin and Timmy.

JENNY BRISBY
Hey, where's Bazooka?

SMEE
Back off lady! <Shoves her roughly to the ground>

MARTIN BRISBY
Why you bully. Nobody touches a lady like that!

TIMMOTHY BRISBY
I'll teach you manners! <Draws his slingshot>

SMEE
Oh, you want to challenge me boys? C'mon, give me your best
shots!

Then both brothers attack, only to be overpowered and knocked
down by the 1st Mate. Jenny screams for help, her cries are heard
by Hazard who turns his head but as he does so, Karnage lashes
out in a powerful tornado kick that propels the Major off the top
of the dam into the waters below. He calls down to his struggling
enemy.

DON KARNAGE
Who's the scrap metal now Chip? You'll never stop me,
heheheheheahahahahaha! <Flies away with his family carrying
the stole
treasure>

Hazard fights for his life, trying to stay above the rapids when
Meathook spots him in trouble.

BUTCH MEATHOOK
Sir! Use this for an emergency brake! <Shoots grappling cable
across bank> Alright Major, you did it! <Cheers as Chip
grabs onto line and is pulled in>

Meanwhile Martin & Timmothy recover, groaning and rubbing
their heads & arms. Jenny goes to their sides.

JENNY BRISBY
Are you two okay? <Looks worried>

MARTIN BRISBY
I-I think so. Where is that bully pirate, where did he go?

JENNY BRISBY
He's long gone.

MARTIN BRISBY <Gets mad>
Darn it!

TIMMOTHY BRISBY
Brick? <Stares into riverbank> Brick! Are you still down
there!

Without warning the young mouse brother dives into the water and
swims towards the bottom. Spotting Bazooka pinned beneath rubble
he tries to dig him free. Clutching his throat and signaling he
can't hold his breath longer, Bazooka carries him back up for
air.

BRICK BAZOOKA <Administering CPR>
Easy Tim, you almost flooded your engine.

TIMMOTHY BRISBY
Thanks Sarge. You saved my...

BRICK BAZOOKA
Leave it, okay?

TIMMOTHY BRISBY
Okay, I mean yes sir! <Salutes>

MARTIN BRISBY
Me too Sergant. <Also salutes>

JENNY BRISBY
And me too sir! <Gives her salute>

Later the Elite confer with their boss...

GUYMAN
Maybe we should repair our ship, go back to Alpha Prime and
forget abou
the Pirates.

CHIP HAZARD
We can't do that Guyman. If Don suceeds here, he'll be
impossible to beat on Cape Suzette.

PRIVATE PAIN
But we're not fighters like they are sir.

CHIP HAZARD
We must have courage Pain, we can't ignore the danger. We must
conquer it.
