Helplessly the marines stare after the departing Iron Vulture
pirate ship as it rises into the skies, heading back into
space.

KIP KILLIGAN
It's over sir, we've lost

CHIP HAZARD
No, not yet. <Calls out> Private Pain, give me your
rocket-pack

PRIVATE PAIN <Puzzled>
My rocket-pack

CHIP HAZARD
Now! I gave you an order soldier

PRIVATE PAIN
Uh yes sir, right. <He hands it over>

BUTCH MEATHOOK <Straps it on>
This is crazy sir. You'll never catch them

CHIP HAZARD
I'll be back Butch.

Activating the boosters he shoots off in hot pursuit of the
enemy. While back onboard the pirate ship, Karnage is gloating
over his sucess of ruling the universe.

DON KARNAGE
It's done! We've seen the last of the Commandos and Chip

NINJARA <Glances out window>
Not yet captain, Hazard is right behind us

DON KARNAGE
That's impossible! <Looks for himself> Open the weapon
system, <Th
cannons emerge into firing range> FIRE!

The big guns roar, discharging laser bolts into space. Unable to
get out of the way in time, Hazard is hit full force by the
firepower and goes tumbling out of control back towards the
ground below.

NINJARA <Shouts>
You got him, you got him

DON KARNAGE
Hook, full throttle. We're going home, our home yes-no?

The Vulture speeds ahead, preparing to leap into hyperspace.
Chip continues falling back towards the earth as his horrified
men watch in terror.

NICK NITRO
It's Chip, he's been hit

JACK-
HE's OUT OF CONTROL, HE'LL CRASH!

Hazard strikes the ground, tumbles end over end until coming to
rest facedown. The Elite rush to his rescue.

BUTCH MEATHOOK
Don't move sir, we'll take care of you

CHIP HAZARD <Struggles back to his feet>
I'm fine, I'm all right

DUKE NUKEM
Let Killigan check you out

CHIP HAZARD
I said I'm fine

JUSTIN
You did all anyone could do Chip

CHIP HAZARD
I don't know, maybe...<Looks around> Where's Bayman

NINA WILLIAMS
That's strange. I saw him before during the fight

BRICK BAZOOKA
He's gone now, wherever he went to.

Back onboard the Iron Vulture, Karnage once again dreams of
conquering Alpha Prime and ruling the universe as KING!

DON KARNAGE
At last, total victory is within my grasp

NINJARA
Not yours captain, mine! <She aims her sword at him>

DON KARNAGE
Hmhmhmhmhmhmhmmm. I see that you've learned nothing my 1st
Mate

NINJARA
Wrong! I've planned a great deal, I won't miss this time

DON KARNAGE
Beware Ninjara, if you assassinate me. There will always be
someone waiting to kill you

NINJARA
Oh let them try if they dare. I've waited a long time for this
Karnage and my time is now.

Suddenly Bayman materalizes onto the bridge of the ship,
startling the entire crew.

HOOK
Commando invader, commando invader

BAYMAN
You'll never return home, I'll see to that! <And he begins
blasting away, hitting the main computer systems>

Angered by this attack, Ninjara lashes out and stabs the
bodyguard, wounding him in the chest, Bayman cries in agony and
collapses to the deck in pain. Simultaneously Don shoots the
vixen from behind, sending her falling onto her face. He yells
down at her.

DON KARNAGE
Extinction to all traitors

HOOK <Frantic>
Iron Vulture, losing power!

As Scarlet, Kendo, Foxy, Smee, Dumptruck, Mad Dog, Cool Kitty,
Fat Cat & She-Lion rush to battle the fires the captain
starts panicking.

DON KARNAGE
Do something Hook, regain control!

Unfortunately the Iron Vulture wobbles & staggers as it
fights to regain altitude. Flames start spewing from the wings
and tail surfaces of the battleship.

HOOK
Control impossible! Prepare for impact

SMEE <Frightened>
Oh no, we're going to crash. We'll be destroyed!

The nose of the ship pitches down and it begins spinning like a
top plunging back into the atmosphere of the Earth below.

DON KARNAGE
No! You can't let us crash Hook. Do something, DO SOMETHING!

Bayman realizing he might die unless he does something quick
painfully climbs back to his feet and opens the airlock
hatch.

BAYMAN
I'll say hello to, to Hazard for you captain. Happy
landings

DON KARNAGE
Stop him!!! <But it is too late>

The commando warrior leaps out the hatch and freefalls through
the atmosphere towards the ground. Meanwhile the out-of-control
pirate ship continues spiraling towards impact. Down below the
Commandos see what's about to happen, as Chip warns everybody to
take cover.

CHIP HAZARD
They're going to crash! Hit the deck now!

Rats, mice and alien soldiers throw themselves prone to the
ground as the massive ship zooms overhead, vibrations shaking the
ground all around them like a quake. Then the Iron Vulture
plunges nose first into the nearby ocean with a tremendous splash
then sinks beneath the surface, leaving behind a trail of bubbles
and then nothing. Everybod
begins cheering in triumph!

CHIP HAZARD
The SkyPirates are gone. Our path is clear now

BUTCH MEATHOOK <Confused>
They were on their way to Alpha Prime, must have been a
mechanical failure

NINA WILLIAMS
I don't think it was a mechanical failure Lieutenant, look!
<She points into the sky>

Coming down via paraglider chute is the bodyguard himself,
smiling and waving to his happy comrades who cheer him on until
he touches down. The major congratulates his best friend.

CHIP HAZARD
We knew you were anxious to return to Alpha Prime. But at least
you could have waited for us

BAYMAN
Sorry boss, the ship was full. Standing room only, get it?
<He laughs as do the other marines>

CHIP HAZARD
Well done Bayman, thank you

BUTCH MEATHOOK
Well let's get back to the base. We have a ship of our own to
repair

TIMMOTHY BRISBY
Can I go back to Alpha Prime with you

CHIP HAZARD
Maybe you better ask your father

TIMMOTHY BRISBY
Can I dad

JUSTIN
Only if I can go with you

MARTIN BRISBY
Count me in too, sounds like fun

JENNY BRISBY
I want to go too Tim

MR. AGES
I always wanted to see another planet myself

BRUTUS
Wow, traveling into space. Just like science fiction

CHIP HAZARD <Agrees>
Alright let's go home. Commandos transform.

Once again the soldiers morph into vehicle forms and drive back
to Thorn Valley Colony. Later the mice-kids finish up their
diaries about the final moments on Earth before leaving for
another planet.

TIMMOTHY
And because the Elite stopped the Pirates from stealing earth's
resources. The Council has agreed to give Major Hazard the energy
he needs to revitalize Alpha Prime

MARTIN
It's probably the first time the council ever agreed on
anything

JENNY
Well that's it from Earth, next stop Alpha Prime

CHIP HAZARD <Calls to them>
Ready kids? Almost time to blastoff

TIMMOTHY
I'll be right there sir! <Salutes him> One more thing,
<Finishes his diary> I sure am glad we don't have to worry
about Don Karnage and all those SkyPirates anymore.

But far below the surface of the sea, the Iron Vulture has come
to rest at the bottom. The main hatch blows off and the captain
himself emerges, face contorted in rage and anger. He swims to
the surface vowing to get his revenge upon the Commandos for
ruining his chances of conquering the galaxy
